Job Title: Software Implementation Specialist

About the Role

This is a full-time, 21-month fixed term contract position. You will be responsible for leading the implementation of a new Laboratory Information System (LIS) to shape the future of pathology in Victoria.

The role involves working across multiple pathology discipline groups for the end-to-end delivery of the LIS solution. As the lead, you will manage a team of application analysts and work with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and vendors to achieve optimum system outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience leading and/or managing complex change programs
  • Experience in implementing Laboratory or Health Information systems
  • Operational knowledge of Transfusion Medicine and/or Cell Therapy
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent experience
