Job Description
Our team is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Performance Improvement Specialist. This position involves configuring and implementing software solutions, working with clients to understand their needs, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and implement software solutions, including data conversion and product extension.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their organizational needs and provide process change advice.
  • Lead organizational change initiatives to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Deliver client training and support to ensure successful implementation.
  • Meet established production targets and deliver high-quality results.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or related experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • iMIS experience and HTML/CSS preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a project team.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent work product and customer service.
  • Certified iMIS Administrator and/or Certified iMIS Professional certification required within 90 days of employment.
