Financial Services Advisor Role

We are seeking a skilled Financial Services Advisor to provide expert advice on a range of products to allocated markets and achieve results through their own efforts.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality services to customers, identifying opportunities for new business or customer retention.
  • Analyze specific problems and issues to find the most effective solutions.
  • Receive visitors and assist with various information requests, referring complex matters to colleagues.
  • Schedule follow-up actions and enter relevant information into the CRM system after each contact with a customer.
  • Set clear objectives for each sales call or meeting; tailor standard materials for presentations to decision-makers and influencers within the customer organization.
  • Develop and implement a relationship management plan for potential customer accounts to identify and build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.

Key performance indicators will be used to measure success in this role. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
