Electronic Security Service Technician Job Opportunity

We are seeking highly skilled and customer-focused service technicians to join a dynamic team that offers a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through routine service and maintenance, prioritizing first-time resolution.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of service paperwork and documentation for timely invoicing.
- Implement policies and procedures effectively, ensuring seamless operations.
- Support the Service department by adhering to the work schedule and participating in the call-out roster.
- Demonstrate a commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience for clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current Electronic Security Licence and Cabling License - Essential
  • Current Drivers Licence - Essential
  • Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, and analysis skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge and Certification of Gallagher and Avigilon - Desired
  • Broad range of commonly used Alarm systems, including Hills and Bosch.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of IP Networks
  • Demonstrated knowledge in a range of IP CCTV systems
