About the RoleWe are seeking a Speech Pathologist to provide life-changing speech pathology to NDIS participants in various settings, including homes, schools, and community centres. As a Speech Pathologist at Everyday Independence, you will work in the social model, utilizing evidence-based measurement tools and your skills in assessment to create therapy plans and provide support to participants in achieving their goals and maximizing NDIS funding.
Your Everyday- You will work in diverse settings, collaborating with participants, their supports, and an interdisciplinary team of allied health professionals.
- You will build meaningful relationships with participants and their supports, and attend weekly team meetings to share stories of impact and best practices.
- You will tap into the knowledge and support of your Team Leader and dedicated Therapy Mentor.
- Continuous Learning: Guidance and support provided by industry-leading Speech Pathologists to help you excel.
