About the Opportunity:

As a Facilities Administrator within the Property team at CBRE, you will be responsible for providing high-level administration support to assist with a variety of tasks. This role combines finance, property, and operational management support, tenant liaison, customer service, and general office administration duties.

This is a diverse role, ideal for someone looking for their first corporate position, a new career, or someone with previous team administration experience.

About You:

  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality, or another administration role
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills and the ability to interact with a broad range of stakeholders
  • Attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and reporting
  • Strong organisational skills, the ability to problem solve and prioritise multiple tasks
  • A keen interest in the Property industry
