Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Administrator to support the running of office operations and facilities at our National Law Firm. This role will involve a variety of tasks, including archiving, mail sorting and distribution, and attending to hand deliveries and court runs.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide administrative support to the Facilities Supervisor and other team members.
  2. Sort, distribute and send internal and external mail.
  3. Attend to hand deliveries and court runs within the CBD.
  4. Organise couriers and assist with incoming, transferring and outgoing staff movements.
  5. Assist with office moves, relocating equipment and furniture.
  6. Order and maintain stationery, general supplies, catering and office equipment.
  7. Provide relief cover for reception and perform general administrative duties as required.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require at least 6-12 months experience in a similar role in a law firm or professional services environment.
