About the Role:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and administrative skills, with a strong proficiency in Excel and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the account manager and senior facilities staff in managing vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring seamless communication and timely execution.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to facilities management activities, utilizing MS Office Suite to streamline processes.
  • Assist with the tender process, including tender responses and requests for information, to ensure compliance and optimal outcomes.
  • Provide administrative support to the facilities management team as needed, leveraging strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in facilities management is highly desirable, with a strong understanding of contract management and vendor relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with a strong proficiency in Excel.
