About the Role:

This position involves providing personal care to residents, including showering, dressing, grooming, bed making, and room tidying.

  • We are looking for a reliable and caring individual with a great attitude
  • You will need to be willing to learn and work as part of a team
  • A valid NDIS Workers Screening check is required
  • Working rights in Australia are essential
  • You should have regular availability and good communication skills
What We Offer:

As a trainee, you will receive full on-the-job training and have the opportunity to work up to 38 hours a week. You will be offered a set 12-month contract with locked-in shifts agreed upon during recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide personal care to residents, including showering, dressing, grooming, bed making, and room tidying
  2. Assist with feeding and setting tables for meals
  3. Engage in social activities and build relationships with clients and staff
Requirements:
  1. Be a reliable and caring individual with a great attitude
  2. Have willingness to learn and work
  3. Ability to obtain an NDIS Workers Screening check
  4. Working rights in Australia
  5. Regular availability and good communication skills
