We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our team as Care Assistants at our Jesmond Grove Aged Care facility. This role offers an excellent opportunity for personal growth and development in a great team environment.

As a Care Assistant, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team providing excellent care to seniors in our residential aged care homes. You will have the opportunity to make every moment matter by bringing respect, compassion, integrity and enhancing the wellbeing of our residents and consumers.

Shifts are available between Monday to Sunday PM 14:45-22:45. We offer flexible working options to ensure a healthy work-life balance.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • Actively promote a positive culture through interactions with residents, staff and their families
  • Deliver person-centered care to residents in our facilities
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to Aged Care Standards
  • Work effectively as an individual and within a team
">Requirements:">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate III in Aged Care or studying BA Nursing
  • Current First Aid Certificate (ongoing requirement) or willingness to obtain
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to accurately document residents' care/progress
