Aged Care Professionals Wanted

About the Role:
  • Client Engagement Specialist: Provide exemplary client experience by actioning tasks within agreed response timeframes in a positive, professional, and friendly manner.
  • Rapport Building Expert: Build trust and rapport with clients through empathetic, friendly, and patient interactions.
  • Service Advocate: Advocate for Feros Care services by identifying opportunities to recommend these services to clients.
  • Journey Guide: Guide clients through their aged care journey by familiarity with MyAgedCare, funded programs, service options, and eligibility criteria.
  • Telephone Etiqette Specialist: Maintain high-level telephone etiquette by delivering respectful caller engagement.
  • Operational Support Team Member: Meet operational requirements by key performance indicators.
  • Team Support Assistant: Assist other teams as required to ensure operational needs are met.
