Senior Therapist Position

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply therapeutic knowledge to lead by example and shape practice across the team.

  • Partner with case managers, carer development staff, and clinicians to build capacity and drive consistent responses.
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline.
  • Post Graduate training in child, adolescent, and family clinical practice is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in Clinical Services or a related function.
