You will apply your therapeutic knowledge while leading by example, mentoring colleagues, and ensuring trauma-informed approaches are embedded across our work. You will collaborate closely with case managers, carer development staff, and other clinicians to build capacity, provide high-level consultation, and drive consistent, evidence-based responses to complex needs.
Responsibilities
- Apply clinical expertise in a leadership role
- Mentor colleagues and ensure trauma-informed approaches
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive evidence-based practice
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Family Therapy or related discipline
- Post Graduate training in child, adolescent and family clinical practice desirable
- Demonstrated leadership experience in Clinical Services or similar field
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and exercise initiative in teams and independently
- Evidence of high-level consultation and interpersonal skills
