About the Role

As a seasoned professional, you have the opportunity to take on a leadership position that combines clinical expertise with guidance and influence. This role is perfect for those who want to strengthen support for children, young people, and foster families.

You will collaborate closely with case managers, carer development staff, and other clinicians to build capacity, provide high-level consultation, and drive consistent, evidence-based responses to complex needs.


Responsibilities
  • Apply clinical expertise in a leadership role
  • Mentor colleagues and ensure trauma-informed approaches
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive evidence-based practice

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Family Therapy or related discipline
  • Post Graduate training in child, adolescent and family clinical practice desirable
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in Clinical Services or similar field
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and exercise initiative in teams and independently
  • Evidence of high-level consultation and interpersonal skills
