We are seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our team, focusing on innovation and clinical practice in the aged and rehabilitation setting.
As a member of our Social Work Leadership Team, you will contribute to driving a culture of research and innovation, while providing clinical consultation and leadership to your team.
You will be part of a collaborative model of care across various settings, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide evidence-based care for patients accessing care through inpatient and community settings.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical consultation and leadership to your team.
- Develop your leadership skills in clinical practice education, training, and secondary consultation.
Requirements include possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills, having experience working in a community health or hospital setting, and meeting specific qualifications such as a Bachelor of Social Work or Master of Social Work (Qualifying).
