About APMG

We deliver services across personal injury and occupational health.

  • Support people who have sustained a physical and/or psychological injury at work, applying your clinical reasoning skills
  • You will work within a multidisciplinary team to support the journey from rehab to healing
  • Perform vocational assessments, counselling and other assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including injured employees and employers, medical specialists and allied health professionals
  • Develop, implement and monitor rehabilitation plans using a patient centre focus
  • Support injured workers in their recovery journey

You will be exposed to various industries, developing and broadening your skills. Your portfolio may include clients under different insurance schemes. We offer a diverse industry and client base.

You will be supported and mentored through direct interaction and an extensive onboarding process to build your technical knowledge and expertise and enable your success. What makes you successful:

  • Current unrestricted registration or membership with AHPRA or ASORC
  • Tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology (Provisional is sufficient) or Occupational Therapy
  • Strong clinical reasoning
  • Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to support the achievement of a common goal
  • Passion to help people rehabilitate and achieve outcomes
