Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Caretaker - Casual to join our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to organisations and individuals using community facilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and support to patrons of community facilities

  • Maintain high-quality facilities, ensuring they are safe and accessible

  • Manage bookings, payments, access control, inductions, inspections, and bond releases with efficiency

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Proven customer service experience

  • Familiarity with basic computer applications and ability to learn corporate systems

  • Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Current Class C driver's license

  • Senior First Aid Certificate

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
