We are seeking a strategic leader to oversee the delivery of our strategy and solutions for External Financial Advisers (EFAs). The role involves implementing our EFA strategy across three key areas: service, technology, and product.

The successful candidate will lead and manage the EFA team through coaching, development, and performance management. They will be responsible for developing and managing our service model for both defined benefit (DB) and defined contribution (DC) schemes, including oversight of our partnership with Mercer.

A key aspect of this role is creating and executing our relationship management strategy, which includes meetings, webinars, seminars, and other engagement initiatives with EFAs.

  • This role requires Australian Citizenship and a strong understanding of the superannuation and financial advice industries, with RG146 Qualification highly regarded.
  • Relevant business and/or financial planning qualifications are also considered an advantage.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to creating and developing relationships, as well as stakeholder management skills to work effectively with internal and external parties.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present with influence to a large audience, are essential.
