Job Title: ICT Shared Services Project Manager

As a seasoned professional, you will lead the transition of ICT services from internal delivery to a shared services arrangement with DPS. Your expertise will be pivotal in developing and implementing a comprehensive ICT strategy, providing technical leadership, and managing the in-house ICT team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement an ICT strategy aligned to business objectives, driving growth and efficiency.
  • Oversee the transition of ICT services to DPS, ensuring seamless continuity, cost-effectiveness, and fit-for-purpose solutions that meet stakeholder needs.
  • Provide expert advice to executives and stakeholders throughout the transition, fostering collaboration and trust.
  • Prioritize and deliver ICT needs, collaborating with senior business leaders to identify and address challenges.

  • Effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, leveraging your exceptional interpersonal skills to drive project success.
