Minimising Antimicrobial Resistance Mission Role

The role involves developing and delivering mission strategy in line with industry, government and community stakeholder priorities towards the mission goal.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategy development: Work with the mission leader and core team to develop and deliver mission strategy.
  • Monitor, evaluate, learn and report on progress impact against impact pathway trackers and lead performance reporting of the Mission.
  • Impact generation: Work with projects aligned to the Mission to generate increased impact from their combined outputs.
  • Planning for impact: Work with the Mission Lead team to develop and execute plans to scale up mission activity and impact towards the mission goal.
  • Representation: Represent the Minimising AMR Mission in internal and external fora and help develop communication collateral highlighting progress opportunities.
  • Internal engagement: Increase breadth of capabilities utilised in Mission projects to reach organisational goal of % of impact science aligned with Missions.
  • Project support: Support project leaders with governance engagement delivery of projects.
  • Revenue growth: Work with the Mission's Business Development lead and project development managers to respond to create funded opportunities with government, industry and private sector to scale portfolio of programs work.
