As a key member of our residential aged care team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional leadership and direction to meet all organisational requirements. This autonomous role offers support from a strong, engaged and seasoned leadership team.

The role provides an opportunity to lead and manage staff, drive business development and networking, and ensure the occupancy and admissions strategy can be achieved.

To succeed in this challenging position, you will need to possess:

  • demonstrated experience with aged care accreditation standards, legislation, and funding
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • a natural ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with residents, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • business acumen, including budgeting and financial management
  • the capacity to think innovatively and implement effective solutions to achieve high levels of staff engagement, resident outcomes, and satisfaction
