Ensuring Quality Care in Aged Residential Facilities
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee and manage leadership roles within our residential facilities. This includes hiring, training, and performance evaluations to ensure a competent and well-functioning team.
The ideal candidate will have previous management experience in Aged Care or Health Services Sector, a comprehensive understanding of the aged care industry, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities include working with clinical staff to ensure residents receive high-quality care that meets their physical, emotional, and social needs. Additionally, you will develop and manage budgets for the Residence, allocating resources effectively to support the needs of residents and staff.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall standard of care and services provided to residents, as well as ensuring adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards specific to aged care facilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Previous management experience in Aged Care or Health Services Sector
- Comprehensive understanding of the aged care industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Leadership qualities and ability to inspire employees
