Infrastructure Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Director to join our Water Infrastructure team in Rockhampton. As a key member of our regional team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering a wide range of infrastructure projects, building strong relationships with clients, and guiding and mentoring junior engineers and designers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and complete projects from inception to delivery, including involvement in the bidding phase, concept design, detailed design, tendering, and construction phase support.
- Ensure all quality assurance processes are followed, delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various sectors.
- Guide and mentor junior engineers and designers, contributing to the growth of our talent pipeline.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and RPEQ/CPEng registration.
- A future leader with an interest in succession and long-term growth within a global organisation.
- Ability to work collaboratively at both an internal and external, client-facing level, developing new client relationships and maintaining existing networks within the business.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects and meeting delivery requirements.
- Ability to and interest in guiding and mentoring junior engineers and designers, contributing to the growth of our talent pipeline.
