CQUniversity is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Facilities Management Directorate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing various infrastructure projects from inception to completion, working collaboratively with stakeholders to communicate and manage project expectations, milestones, and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full lifecycle of infrastructure projects, including design, tendering, construction, commissioning, and coordination and control.
- Work collaboratively with external consultants, principal contractors, and contractors to ensure safe operating procedures and project deliverables.
- Develop and implement project management frameworks and systems, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.
- Provide excellent negotiation, consultation, and conflict resolution skills to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Prepare tender recommendations, submissions, reports, and briefing papers to support project delivery.
