Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Lead a team of HSE professionals to provide technical support and guidance to operations teams across the APAC region.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with operations teams to develop and implement HSE training programs to ensure employee awareness and compliance.
Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and industry stakeholders to stay up-to-date on the latest HSE trends and best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., occupational health and safety, environmental science, engineering).
Minimum 10 years of experience in HSE management, with a strong background in regulatory compliance and industry best practices.
Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HSE strategies and programs.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate HSE risks.
