Family Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Support Specialist to join our team. As a vital member of our organization, you will play a key role in supporting vulnerable children and their families.

About the Role

This position requires a comprehensive understanding of family dynamics and the ability to provide individualized support to families in need. You will work closely with clients to develop and implement personalized case plans, providing guidance and resources to help them achieve their goals.

  • Develop and implement family-centered case plans that address the unique needs of each client.
  • Provide individualized support to families, including home visits, phone calls, and community outreach.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to supporting clients.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track client progress and identify areas for improvement.
