Care Worker Job Summary

As a Care Worker, you will provide quality support and care to clients in their own homes. You will assist with daily tasks, develop genuine connections, and help clients live their best lives.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living activities such as household cleaning, showering, dressing, food preparation, continence support, medication assistance, and transport.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and their families to understand their unique needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure high-quality care and support is provided to clients.
Requirements
  • Unrestricted Australian Driver Licence and a reliable vehicle with Third Party Property Damage Insurance to transport clients.
  • Strong communication, resilience, and patience skills.
  • Proficiency with smartphone technology, apps, and email.
