Our focus is to work together with all to build a community where all people are empowered and supported. We provide a variety of services in and around Albury/Wodonga.
If you would like to work alongside customers and their families, in a direct or indirect capacity to achieve their goals and aspirations then this role is suitable to you.
DescriptionThe primary purpose of this role is to maintain the integrity and work closely with the Team Leader in the direction of the supports and plans/goals of the customer. This role acts as the go-to person between key internal and external stakeholders supporting the customer. Along with the Team Leader the Key Worker is the lead advocate for the customer.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience- Certificate IV in Disability, Social Work or Community Service or
- Proven relevant experience, as a Disability Support Worker or similar.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Good computer skills.
