Career Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Management Lead to join our Infrastructure team in Melbourne.

In this role, you will lead projects and deliver high-quality work, collaborating with clients and stakeholders across various sectors, including Airport, Infrastructure, and Power (Energy).

You will have an interest in developing and mentoring junior-intermediate project managers and drive core and growth opportunities in our focused markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects across various sectors, leveraging your experience and expertise.
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Mentor and guide junior-intermediate project managers, fostering their growth and development.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Pursue core and growth opportunities in our focused markets, driving business growth and expansion.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in project management, with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Well-developed understanding of project management principles, with the ability to lead projects across various sectors.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build relationships both externally and internally.
  • A positive and tenacious attitude, with a commitment to making everyday better.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification aligned to project management and/or engineering.
