Job Title: Lawyer - Collective Actions

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled lawyer to join our team as a specialist in collective actions. As a lawyer with pre- or post-admission experience in class actions, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile cases that make a real difference in people's lives.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in discovery review
  • Draft memoranda, correspondence, and court documents
  • Undertake research
  • Assist in class action investigations
  • Assist in preparing expert evidence

Requirements:

  • A current practicing certificate
  • Pre- or post-admission experience in class actions or large-scale litigation
  • An innate ability to question, challenge the status quo, and stay ahead
  • Great communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • A commitment to connecting with others and working collaboratively to deliver exceptional results
