We are seeking an experienced National Portfolio Manager to oversee the delivery of capital expenditure programs across a national property portfolio.

The successful candidate will manage procurement processes, vendor evaluation, and contract performance ensuring assets are safe, compliant, efficiently run, and well-positioned for long-term performance.

About the Role

  • Lead the delivery of capital expenditure programs across a national property portfolio
  • Manage procurement processes, vendor evaluation, and contract performance
  • Oversee compliance, risk, WH&S, and building audits in collaboration with property and facilities managers
  • Drive operational best practice, sustainability initiatives, and cost-efficiency
  • Liaise with insurers, risk consultants, compliance authorities, and utilities providers
  • Maintain strong relationships with contractors, tenant customers, and internal teams
  • Provide reporting on CAPEX, risk, fire safety, and operational performance
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities in operations and systems

About You

  • Tertiary qualifications in Property, Engineering, or Construction Management
  • Extensive experience in operations or facilities management within commercial property
  • Strong knowledge of building compliance, WH&S, and lifecycle planning
  • Proven track record in delivering CAPEX projects and managing external providers
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and project reporting skills
  • Experience in a funds or institutional property environment (desirable)
