High-Quality Plaster Application Specialist

We are seeking a skilled plastering professional to work on various construction projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for applying high-quality plaster finishes to residential and commercial sites, including surface preparation, mortar mixing, and applying protective coatings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare surfaces for plaster application by cleaning, levelling, and bonding.
  • Apply coats of plaster, cement render, and acrylic mixtures to a uniform thickness.
  • Smooth and decorate textures using trowels, brushes, and sandpaper.
  • Install architectural features such as cornices, mouldings, and ceiling surrounds.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings to ensure precision in angles, joins, and plan layouts.
  • Set up and dismantle scaffolding safely in compliance with site requirements.
  • Grind, smooth, and execute levelling techniques tailored to advanced concrete and plaster finishes.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Relevant trade qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years' proven experience in solid plastering.
  • Proficiency in mixing and applying plaster, render, and finishing techniques.
  • Ability to work from plans and execute detailed finishing with high precision.
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols and teamwork skills.
