Adult Social Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Adult Social Worker to join our dynamic Combined Locality Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care assessments and support planning, ensuring the best possible outcomes for service users.
  • Conduct safeguarding enquiries and mental capacity assessments, adhering to statutory duties and regulations.
  • Manage risk effectively, attending Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Conferences (MARAC) meetings and contributing to coordinated safety planning.
  • Participate in Continuing Healthcare (CHC) processes, including the completion of detailed assessment records.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders, promoting a culture of transparency and accountability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Registered Social Worker with a recognized professional body
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Holding a full UK driving license
  • Post-qualified experience in adult social work
  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent in Social Work
