Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a customer service representative to join our team in the Wallan Branch.
- This is a part-time role with 5 days per week, Monday - Thursday 9am - 4:30pm and Friday 9am - 5:30pm.
The ideal candidate will be able to provide exceptional customer service, work collaboratively as a team and have a keen eye for detail.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing a seamless, consistent and tailored experience for customers every step of the way.
- Assisting customers to identify the most suitable products and services.
- Demonstrating self-service and digital options to customers to make their banking simple, easy and secure.
- Undertaking ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
