Critical Care Specialist

This position involves working in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to provide high-quality nursing care for a diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will have ICU nursing experience, current registration with AHPRA, and postgraduate qualifications in Critical Care Nursing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluating patient progress and identifying potential changes in their medical condition
- Caring for patients' needs throughout their recovery in the ICU
- Developing and implementing effective care plans
- Serving as a liaison between healthcare professionals, patients, and their families
