Senior Critical Care Physician

The hospital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Emergency Medicine Specialist to join their team on a full-time basis.
About the RoleThis critical care position involves providing high-quality patient care, leadership, training, supervision, and education to doctors in training and other healthcare professionals.
The successful candidate will have access to state-of-the-art facilities, including a new Intensive Care Unit, additional operating theatres, and two new wards, housing just under 300 beds.
About the LocationThe location offers the perfect blend of city and country living. It's approximately 30 minutes' drive from Melbourne's CBD or under an hour to Victoria's stunning surf coast.
The area features lush parklands, ample green spaces, and a vibrant cafe culture comparable to Melbourne's, making it highly desirable.
Requirements and Qualifications- Hold or be eligible for registration with AHPRA.
- Hold or be eligible for FACEM.
- Possess at least 12 months recent experience in Emergency Medicine at a Consultant level.
- Be an ACEM trainee soon to obtain FACEM.
- IMGs who are about to lodge their Specialist Assessment Application with ACEM, awaiting their ACEM interview, or have been assessed by ACEM and found to be partially or substantially comparable.
