We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our multidisciplinary veterinary specialist and emergency hospital in Melbourne.
About the Role
The primary responsibility of this position is to provide exceptional treatment for patients in the emergency and critical care department, working closely with other specialists to ensure seamless care.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Treatment and management of cases in the ICU, collaborating with multiple disciplines for optimal patient outcomes
- Shared care of hospitalized patients from both the primary emergency caseload and other specialist departments
Requirements for Success
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent with Veterinary Registration in VIC is essential
- Experience in an emergency veterinary setting is highly desirable
- A commitment to teamwork, effective communication, and contributing to a positive workplace environment is crucial
