We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Western Australia.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategic business plan to promote our ancillary products, including respiratory protection, mine escape rescue equipment, and rebreathers.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the global market.
- Act as the product champion for our ancillary range, providing technical expertise and support to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Liaise with certification and testing bodies to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to set and achieve sales targets.
- Provide training and support to other Business Development Managers within the company.
- Maintain and build strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and technical support.
- Process new sales leads, prepare and send quotes, and follow up with customers.
- Represent MineARC Systems at expos and trade shows, presenting our ancillary products to industry professionals.
- Technical aptitude and expertise in Mine Emergency Response Team or respiratory safety equipment would be an advantage.
- Proven sales experience in the mining, industrial, or military sector.
- Self-motivated and career-focused individual with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally, as required.
- Proficient in MS Suite of programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- A dynamic and growing international company with a highly motivated team.
