The Opportunity

Working as a Paint Team Lead here will give you the chance to take pride in delivering high-quality work for our customers every day.

In this dynamic environment, you'll be able to work autonomously and lead your team to achieve daily goals effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Match and mix paint to specified colours for a good colour match
  • Maintain the colour mixing room and colour swatches up-to-date
  • Lead your team to hit daily targets efficiently
Do You Have What It Takes?
  • Previous experience in automotive repair and Vehicle Spray Painting or Colour Mixing is required
  • Good attention to detail and ability to learn new ideas are essential
  • You should be willing to maintain a clean workspace and contribute positively to the team environment
