We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our real estate operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property sales, leasing, project marketing, and real estate investment portfolios.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing and optimizing operational processes and procedures, improving sales performance by aligning operations with sales teams, after-sales services, marketing, and other correlating functions.
The successful candidate will design and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and supervise team performance, optimize internal team management and improve team efficiency, assist in expanding the business and driving project progress, coordinate connections between the real estate sales company and other business lines within the group, promoting cross-business sales performance, and provide timely reports to senior management.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- At least 3 years of experience in an operation manager role or similar
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese
- Australian PR or citizenship
