Country Real Estate Manager

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Country Real Estate Manager to lead our expansion into new markets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and building a strong local presence.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. You will be based in Sydney, NSW 2000 and will be required to commute or relocate before starting work.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop and implement effective business strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Built strong relationships with local real estate leaders, investors, and other key stakeholders
  • Leverage your expertise to adapt our models, systems, and training to meet the unique needs of the local market

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5 years of experience in real estate sales (preferably)
