We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Fitness Manager to join our team at Belgravia Leisure. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our health and fitness operations and implementing strategies to drive growth and engagement.

About the Role:

The Health and Fitness Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of our health club, group fitness programs, and personal training services. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement strategies to improve member engagement, increase participation, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement health and fitness programs that meet the needs of our members

• Lead and manage a team of fitness professionals to deliver high-quality services

• Manage the health club and group fitness operations, including scheduling, programming, and budgeting

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our health and fitness services

• Collaborate with our leadership team to develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and engagement

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in health and fitness management, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also need to be passionate about promoting health and wellness in our community and have a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
