About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Data Lead to join our Australia Technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading Test Data activities in support of the migration of Suncorp Bank customers to ANZ systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of all Test Data provisioning requirements for the Migration program.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensuring standards for accuracy and compliance of test data.
  • Environment Coordination: Working with the Test Environment Manager to ensure that test data aligns with specific requirements of each test environment.
  • Risk Management: Identifying potential risks associated with test data and implementing mitigation strategies proactively.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Maintaining thorough documentation of data sources, processes, and quality checks to ensure traceability and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to test data management and providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will ideally bring:

  • Many years of experience in test data management or data migration within large-scale IT projects in banking or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of ETL methodologies and data validation techniques.
  • Proven analytical skills for complex data sets.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven experience driving innovative Test Data solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making and risk management.
  • Effective communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
