Human Resources Partner

Job Description:

This role is perfect for an organised and proactive individual with knowledge and experience in HR and recruitment administration.

You will have the opportunity to participate in on-the-job development with an HR/IR specialist, furthering your skills and expertise.

  • Contribute to workforce planning, recruitment, and interviews
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and inductions
  • Build relationships with leaders at all levels
  • Report and contribute to operational meetings
  • Gain knowledge of awards, enterprise agreements, and NES
  • Participate in other HR/IR initiatives and programs

Key responsibilities include managing the entire employee lifecycle from hiring to offboarding.

Also, responsible for creating a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and productivity.

Our ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and be able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Additionally, you should have a strong desire to learn and grow within the company.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous administration experience in HR and recruitment
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Able to follow instructions and ask questions
  • A desire to learn and build expertise
  • Initiative to escalate issues and solve problems as a team
  • Strong organisational skills and self-motivation
  • A keen eye for detail with high accuracy
  • Confidential handling of sensitive information
