Our organization is seeking an HR Specialist to collaborate with our team in driving business outcomes. This role involves managing recruitment and onboarding processes, supporting hiring managers in effective recruitment and selection, providing guidance on company policies and standards.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage the entire lifecycle of recruitment and onboarding processes for our business.
- Partner with hiring managers to implement effective recruitment strategies and tactics that meet our company's needs.
- Offer expert advice on company policies, awards, and certified agreement conditions to ensure compliance and adherence.
- Contribute to performance planning, reviews, and other operational goals that drive business results.
To excel in this position, you will need:
- A degree qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience working in recruitment and selection, particularly in a blue-collar workforce.
- A deep understanding of industrial frameworks, legislation, and agreements.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to drive collaboration and success.
