Job Title: Financial Planning and Analysis Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) expert to join our global team. As a key member of our Finance department, you will play a critical role in driving sustainable growth and creating value for the organization.

As an FP&A expert, you will be responsible for constructing comprehensive narratives of the company's financial health, analyzing Profit & Loss statements, and shaping strategy with insights to influence smarter business decisions. You will also be expected to make complex financial data compelling and impactful, ensuring that stakeholders have access to accurate and timely information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasting tools to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Analyze financial data and identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
  • Communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Professional finance or accounting certification.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the finance industry, preferably in FP&A.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
