Culinary Team Member

We are seeking skilled chefs and cooks to fill a key role in our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver high-quality food preparation that meets the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  2. Manage inventory levels and adhere to established procedures and recipe guidelines to optimize efficiency.
  3. Maintain strict hygiene standards throughout the kitchen, ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
  4. Assist the head chef with menu planning, cost control, and contributing to the achievement of budgeted profit targets.
  5. Work collaboratively as part of a cohesive team and independently, demonstrating effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
  1. At least one year of post-qualification experience in food preparation and à la carte service (lunch and dinner).
  2. Relevant trade qualifications or certifications.
  3. Experience working in fast-paced, high-pressure service-oriented venues.
  4. A genuine passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences and providing excellent guest satisfaction.
  5. Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  6. The ability to work effectively under pressure, with attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
  7. Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  8. A positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
