The Dispatch Operator is a pivotal role within our mine operations, responsible for overseeing the effective management of mining activities.
This involves coordinating with the shift management team, production, drill and blast, and maintenance supervisors to ensure seamless operation of equipment.
The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in operational contexts involving Komatsu and Caterpillar fleets, as well as proficiency in using Wenco, Modular, Jigsaw or MineStar systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Previous experience working with heavy machinery, particularly Komatsu and Caterpillar fleets, would be highly regarded.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral, are essential for effective collaboration with colleagues.
- A valid driver's license is mandatory, and high safety standards must be consistently demonstrated.
