Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and create career opportunities for clients in sustainable roles.
  • Champion inclusive employment and workforce diversity, focusing on people with disability, injury or health conditions.
  • Engage and work with employers to address skill shortages through role carving and inclusive recruitment.
  • Broker work experience to build participant skills and assess employer/client compatibility.
  • Prepare workplaces to support and retain participants via adjustments and disability confidence training.
  • Facilitate employer training to boost disability awareness and inclusion.
  • Build employer and community networks to create job opportunities.
  • Promote Breakthru as a trusted provider supporting people with disability to achieve career goals.
  • Meet or exceed internal and external performance benchmarks.
  • Champion Breakthru's values of inclusion, empowerment, and person-centred practice.
About You:

You bring empathy, energy, and a drive to make a difference. You may have experience or a genuine passion for employment services. You're outcomes-focused, highly organized, and thrive in a fast-paced, people-first environment. You enjoy understanding an employer's business, culture, and challenges to identify staffing solutions that truly fit, and you excel at building trust with clients and employers. You are proactive with marketing and networking, and you keep accurate, professional records. You approach work with integrity, confidentiality, and a commitment to high-quality, person-centred service.

Essential Criteria:
  • A degree in Employment or Human Services is desirable.
  • You must be able to meet KPIs and manage workload effectively.
  • You should have a strong understanding of employment barriers faced by people with disability, injury, or health conditions.
  • You are skilled in providing tailored support and developing client-focused employment plans.
  • You possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • You hold a current Driver's License.
