We are excited to announce a new role that will make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with disability, injury, or health conditions.
This position is part of a collaborative team that supports people as they prepare for a career. As a Career Coach at our organization, you will work closely with clients to help them build confidence, develop skills, and achieve their career goals.

- Meet or exceed internal and external performance benchmarks.
- Champion our organization's values of inclusion, empowerment, and person-centred practice.
You bring empathy, energy, and a strong drive to make a difference. With experience or a genuine passion for employment services, you are confident supporting people, building trust, and guiding them toward meaningful and sustainable careers. You are outcomes-focused, highly organized, and thrive in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

At the same time, you enjoy engaging with employers; taking the time to understand their business needs so you can prepare candidates who are the right fit. Your strong relationship-building skills allow you to connect with both clients and employers alike.
You are proactive, professional, and detail-oriented, always maintaining accurate records and upholding a high standard of service. Above all, you lead with integrity, empathy, and a commitment to inclusive, person-centred support.

- Confident in marketing clients to employers and facilitating group programs
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Knowledge of disability legislation, support strategies, and labour market trends
- Current Driver's License - essential
