As a Coach, you will work closely with clients to explore their career aspirations and develop tailored coaching plans. You will understand their strengths and provide support to help them secure meaningful employment. Your role will involve building relationships with employers to create job opportunities that match client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement coaching strategies to achieve career goals.
- Collaborate with employers to source job opportunities and build relationships.
- Work with clients to assess their skills and abilities, and identify suitable job roles.
- Deliver training and workshops to promote inclusive hiring practices and disability awareness.
- Build and maintain networks with employers and community organizations to create job opportunities.
- Meet or exceed performance benchmarks and deliver high-quality service.
Requirements:
- Qualifications in Employment or Human Services – desirable.
- Proven ability to meet KPIs and manage workload effectively.
- Strong understanding of employment barriers faced by people with disability, injury, or health conditions.
- Skilled in providing tailored support and developing client-focused employment plans.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Current Driver's License – essential.
